What we collect

When you submit the quote form on this site, we collect the information you type into it: your name, phone number, email address, the SunSmart location nearest you, and any project details you choose to add. The project details field is optional; the other fields are required in order to prepare a quote and get back to you.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card details, social security numbers, or any other sensitive personal information through this website.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about the quote you asked for. That's the whole purpose. Your submission is delivered to SunSmart by email so a member of our team can call or write back.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics and cookies

This website uses Google Tag Manager, which may set cookies and collect standard analytics data such as the pages you visit, the approximate region you visit from, and how you arrived at the site. We use this to understand which pages are useful and which are not.

When you successfully submit the quote form, we record that a submission happened so we can measure how well the site works. That event records the fact of the submission — it is not how your name and phone number reach us; those arrive by the email described above.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking them will not stop the quote form from working.

How long we keep it

We keep quote enquiries for as long as we need them to serve you and to keep our own business records. If you'd like us to delete your information, ask us and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time, and we'll stop.
